OUR MISSION   Know • Serve • Pray

Philippians 3:10 says, That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

Knowing: We believe that Jesus is the incarnate Word of God. Through faithful study and exposition of the Bible, we learn more about His person. Our starting point in all matters is the knowledge of Jesus. We can understand other matters of life as Jesus is revealed to us.

Colossians 3:24 says, Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

Serving: We believe a true knowledge of Christ leads to passionate service for Christ. God equips us all differently, but calls us all to action within the body. God's plan for the gospel is through the Church, and it is through the faithful service of each member that this plan is accomplished. We recognize all roles of service as essential and important.

Colossians 4:2-4 says, Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest as I ought to speak.

Praying: We believe that we exist for God's pleasure and purposes. Our mission is clear. It begins with knowing Jesus from the Scriptures, serving Jesus through the Spirit, and leading us through prayer to our Heavenly Father for His purpose in our lives . Praying is the most intimate act that we have in our relationship with God. It serves as our connection to God, which is made possible by our champion Jesus Christ.
